Compliance Offsets

We’re excited to launch Home Depot Compliance, our newest supported revenue loss type built specifically for what Home Depot refers to as offsets. All existing customers now have access. Simply navigate to the new Compliance page in the side menu to get started.
Gain visibility into offset data across On-Time, Fill Rate, Routing, ASN, BOL, and more —spanning all program and DC types — so you can analyze performance in ways the Home Depot portal simply doesn’t allow.

Target
Disputing Best Practices Enhancements

We strive to foster healthy supplier-retailer relationships and ensure high-quality disputes are submitted to Target. To reflect this, we've implemented the following update:
- Recommended documents are now required documents and need to be attached prior to disputing.
- These document types were already needed for a deduction to be "Ready" and eligible for auto-dispute, so it should not impact which deductions are auto-disputed.
- This ensures all the necessary proof documents are there before asking Target to review the case.

Lowe's
Debit Memo Details

Debit Memos (DMs) at Lowe's are deductions, often tied to PAC Allowance programs, that require detailed transaction-level data to fully understand and dispute them. These chargebacks can be complex, making it critical to have clear visibility into the program and supporting documentation behind each deduction.
With our new Lowe’s Debit Memo Details feature, you can access expanded program information to better understand the reason for the charge, download the transactional file for deeper review, and mark up or annotate documents to streamline your research. By centralizing the details you need, this update makes reviewing and disputing PAC Allowance deductions more targeted, efficient, and effective. You can find more details about this feature here.
Amazon
Automate Prep and SIOC Chargeback Disputing

Invalid prep- and SIOC-related chargebacks can be easily disputed by setting up auto-disputing rules on the Amazon app. Here’s what to do:
- Go to the Supplier Settings page and select Chargebacks and then Auto Disputing.
- Select Set New Rule.
- Fill in the chargeback type, ASIN, and dispute explanation.
- Attach the desired proof documentation.
- Select Create Rule.
Now, any chargebacks that match the criteria you set will be automatically disputed using the explanation and proof documents you provide.
