What’s New in June?
SupplyPike Summer is in full swing, but that doesn’t mean we’re taking it easy. On the contrary—we’re releasing new updates to ensure you don’t need to sweat invalid deductions.

Auto Archive for Chargebacks

Chargebacks are often valid, so there’s a good chance you’d like at least some of them out of sight and off your mind. We hear you. Now you can select any chargeback type and/or subtype to be automatically archived in the Chargeback Settings page. As with Deductions, once you turn on auto archiving, all existing Not Disputed chargebacks of that type/subtype will be automatically archived.
Internal Notes for Chargebacks
Picture the Notes feature you already know and love—but for chargebacks! You can now add internal notes to chargebacks from the Details page and add them in bulk from the List View.
Deduction Threshold Customization
Until now, the Deductions by Amount Dashboard graph has been limited to separating deductions at the $100 and $1000 levels. Not anymore. Join us in saying “So long, limits!” as you can now set your own thresholds to break into two or three different buckets. Here are a few brass tacks details to be aware of:
- The Settings page has a new General tab containing options for setting one or two thresholds that the Deductions by Amount graph will follow.
- This affects the view for all users (i.e., your colleagues will see what you see).
- You can also find Auto Archive in the General tab.

Validity for Fill Rate Official

In the not-so-distant past, we released Validity judgments for shortage codes A030, A032, A034, and A176-CS. Now, we’re adding another deduction to this illustrious list: Fill Rate Original compliance fines.
All five of these deductions are flagged as Likely Valid, Likely Invalid, or Validity Unclear, helping you:
- Sort and prioritize deductions in List View using the Validity filter.
- Customize your Auto-Disputing according to Validity.
- Leverage learnings from valid deduction trends to improve supply chain performance.

Walmart Overages List View Enhancements
If you’ve always preferred your Deductions List View to your Overages List View, you're in luck. We are *this* close to releasing an update that includes enhanced PO visibility, more filters, expanded sorting options, archiving capabilities, and more. Hang tight!
CVS Chargeback Visibility
To the CVS suppliers who are navigating multiple portals to identify and classify deductions and then tracking down backup documentation before figuring out where to dispute, we have good news to share: Visibility into post audits, co-ops, returns, and compliance chargebacks is on its way!
Home Depot Paid Tracking
Tracking on repayments for deductions and open invoices is in the works! Suppliers will be able to view payment status on the deduction details, view the paid icon in the list view, filter by paid in the list view, and more.
SupplyPike for Department Stores
In partnership with our parent company, SPS Commerce, we’re expanding our support to four major department stores next month! Which ones? We can’t say just yet, but one of them rhymes with moles. Stay tuned!
