What’s New in September?
Autumn has arrived, and while you’ve maybe heard of leaf peeping (i.e., searching out the best fall foliage), we’d like to make a case for taking in the latest SupplyPike updates as well—something we’ll call feature peeping.
Your fall tour of all the upgrades that are about to make your life easier starts below!
Amazon
Expiration Tracking for Shortage and Pricing Disputes

Last month, Amazon shortened its deduction dispute and re-dispute window for shortage and pricing claims in Vendor Central to two years. Pivoting to a new timeline can be a difficult adjustment, which is why we’ve created a new expiration tracker to help keep these changes top of mind. It flags shortage and pricing claims that have already expired, as well as ones that are within three months of reaching their two-year deadline.
Need a refresher on shortage and pricing claims at Amazon, in general? This provides a deep dive on shortages, and this can help clear up any pricing claims confusion.
Walmart
Overage Deductions Filters

The Walmart app has two new overage filters that can help you track down the data you need—Shortages Blocking Overages and Overage Invoice Deductions. Here’s how they work:
- Shortages Blocking Overages shows deductions that are related to “pending shortages” opportunities, making it much easier for you to find and dispute shortages that are blocking an overage opportunity.
- Overage Invoice Deductions stem from the overage invoice, not the original/initial invoice.
You can find these filters by clicking More in the deductions list view and then locating the Overage Deductions section. You can also find more information on Walmart list view filters here.
Walgreens + CVS
Deductions Over Time Graph

Both the Walgreens and CVS apps have added a new Deductions Over Time graph that summarizes every deduction you’ve received over the past year, helping you spot trends and prevent future losses with ease.
Report Builder
Shipping Document Filters

Report Builder lets you seamlessly export deduction data from multiple retailers at once, saving you time and simplifying data management and analysis. Now you can narrow your searches even more with the addition of shipping document filters for the document automation process status of BOLs and PODs.
Using a multi-select dropdown menu, you can filter both BOLs and PODs by the following statuses:
- Not found = We’ve checked all of the connected shipping document integrations and failed to find a record of the shipment or the document.
- Searching = The automated search for the document is still in progress.
- Success = We successfully retrieved the document from one of the connected shipping document integrations.
- File Unavailable = We found a record of the shipment in one of the connected shipping document integrations, but the shipping document wasn’t available for download.

RevLoss Summary
Year-Over-Year Analysis

The RevLoss Summary is a comprehensive dashboard providing an overview of revenue loss within a selected time frame with visibility into various metrics like gross revenue, net deductions, and net revenue. Our new year-over-year analysis tool adds a fresh angle to understanding revenue loss. Located within the RevLoss By Dollar graph, it lets you compare revenue and revenue loss by month with the previous year’s data so you can see if your deductions problem is truly getting better over time.
